Hello! We’re Nikia and Shay,
the owners and operators of Twist and Thyme. Just wanted to pop in and introduce ourselves.
We dreamt up Twist and Thyme during a coffee date right after our return to the restaurant industry post-COVID lockdowns. From there, what started as an idea has taken shape into where we are today. We have taken our 25 years of combined experience and poured it into Twist and Thyme so that you have the most amazing bar experience possible at your event.
